   • After you place an order, Caspia processes it thoroughly, which may take up to 10 days to ensure all items meet our quality standards.

   • Once inspected, the items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

2. Delivery Process:

   • Our delivery partners strive to get your package to your provided address as quickly as possible.

   • If they face any issues with delivery, they will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

3. Sustainable Packaging:

   • Caspia is dedicated to eco-friendly packaging, using recycled cardboard boxes and paper fillers instead of bubble wrap whenever possible.

   • We are continuously working to reduce plastic use and explore sustainable packaging options.

4. Shipping Locations:

   • Currently, Caspia ships only within India , and international shipping is not available.

5. Order Tracking:

   • You will receive a confirmation notification via email and SMS after placing your order.

   • Once your package is shipped, you can track its status through the 'Track' option in the 'My Orders' section on our website.

6. Estimated Delivery Time:

   • Most orders are dispatched within 1-6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

   • If items are sourced from brand partners, delivery may take longer to ensure quality.

   • During peak sale events, dispatches may be delayed, with a target to ship all orders within 5 days of the order date.

7. Split Shipments:

   • If you receive multiple packages, this may be due to items being shipped from different warehouse locations.

   • Shipping fees (if applicable) are only charged on the first package received.

8. Shipping Charges:

   • Standard shipping charges apply to most addresses.

   • New customers receive free shipping on orders above ₹499, and for Cash on Delivery (CoD), the order value must be between ₹249 and ₹50,000.

9. International Shipping:

   • Caspia does not offer international shipping at this time.
