Order Cancellation

  1. Provide your order ID and cancellation request; we’ll respond within 24 hours. Email/Phone: Email connectcaspia@gmail.com or call our support team to cancel your order with your order ID.

  2. After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, the refund will be processed once the returned items are received and verified at our warehouse.

  3. Refund Timeline: For Online Payments: Refunds are initiated within 24-48 business hours after cancellation. It may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account. COD Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed as a bank transfer, taking an additional 5 business days to appear.

  4. Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points: Discount vouchers are single-use and considered redeemed upon order cancellation. Loyalty points used for payment will be credited back to your account if the order is canceled.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  1. Return Policy:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Partial returns (for some items in an order) are also allowed.

    • Returns can be initiated through:

      • 'My Orders' Section: Go to the order > Select 'Have a Concern' > Proceed with a reason for the return.

      • Email: Email customer support with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Return Conditions:

    • Items must be in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

    • Returns are not accepted for:

      • Damaged, used, or altered products.

      • Customized products, such as certain beauty items.

      • Personal care appliances due to hygiene concerns.

  3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received:

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, initiate a return within 15 days following the same steps as above.

  4. Refund for Returns:

    • Refunds for online payments are processed within 24-48 hours after item verification.

    • COD refunds are done via bank transfer within 5 business days.

    • Refunds can also be issued as Caspia coupons for future purchases.

  5. Free Gifts:

    • Free gifts must be returned along with the original product.

  6. Partial Returns:

    • You can return specific items from an order, but any components or free gifts must be included in the return.
